Refund policy
Returns
I have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you're responsible for the cost of the return. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on sale items.
Damages and issues
Inspect your order when you get it. Contact me immediately if it's defective, damaged or if you got the wrong item. I will evaluate the issue and make it right.
All artwork is sent with insurance covering up to $300. For extra insurance, contact jadelbwhelan@gmail.com.
Refunds
I will let you know once I've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
